During this webinar ODIHR experts will present ODIHR's annual hate crime report and hate crime reporting website and outline how Civil Society Organizations can submit reports of hate crimes and hate incidents to ODIHR for publication in the report. ODIHR will present the OSCE definition of hate crimes and how to use bias indicators to recognize hate crimes and explain what incidents will be included in ODIHR reporting.
